I highly recommend trying the fresh pasta from Vera at the Media Farmer's Market, particularly the short rib ravioli and sweet corn and fresh mozzarella ravioli. Vera has been a staple at the market for years, and their pasta is truly exceptional. I personally find it to be the best fresh pasta I have ever tasted in the US, rivaling even the pasta I've had in Italy and France. It's worth the trip to the West Chester farm market on Saturday mornings to stock up on their delicious offerings.
