I had walked by this bakery countless times without giving it a second thought until I finally decided to try their peanut mochi, and it completely exceeded my expectations with its perfect balance of chewy skin and just-right sweetness inside. The small pastries might look modest, but each bite is rich and satisfying, especially the peanut and red bean flavors that I sampled. The friendly staff and affordable prices make it a comforting, old-school spot that I'm eager to visit again to explore more of their traditional treats.
