One of my preferred street vendors on 8th Ave is Linda's Mini Kitchen, where I go for a quick and affordable meal when I'm in a hurry. The menu offers a variety of Chinese dishes commonly found at carts, such as lo mein and chicken wings, as well as more unique options like lobster balls and scallops. On my last visit, I ordered a Curry Fish Ball on a stick, Small Lo Mein, and the infamous Stinky Tofu. The Curry Fish Balls had a nice texture and heat, while the Lo Mein was satisfying without being too greasy. As for the Stinky Tofu, it lived up to its name with a strong odor, but unfortunately lacked flavor even with sauce. Overall, Linda's Mini Kitchen offers tasty options, but I would suggest avoiding the Stinky Tofu.
