I'm puzzled by the negative reviews I've seen; my family and I had a fantastic experience there last fall. I loved the Triple Chocolate Ralphie, and my parents enjoyed their vanilla soft serves-everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. With a great variety of flavors and friendly staff who go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable, I'm excited to return when summer rolls around!

best Ralph's around, always well stocked, employees are friendly and efficient, store is clean and they kept the neighborhood fed through the pandemic....thank you Ralphs of Great Neck
