During a cold January day, after enjoying soup dumplings, I searched for a Taiwanese tea shop on Northern Boulevard. I discovered Luh Yu, hidden under a jade store, where I was treated to an educational tea session. The proprietress guided me through tasting various teas and was knowledgeable about their offerings.
