Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ordered from them twice from United Kingdom on the arrival of our new born to surprise family members in United States. There was a mistake in the first order. When I contacted them to rectify it they promised an extra box on my next order. Placed a second order and they didn't include the box. Which was embarrassing because there wasn't enough boxes for other family members. If I knew they wouldn't include the box they promised I would have ordered an extra box myself to save myself the embarrassment. I've contacted them several times via email, they only respond to emails regarding orders but don't respond to emails regarding complaints. I also tried ringing them several times but there has been no answer. I would never recommend using this company to anyone or order from them again.
