El Torero has undergone a remarkable transformation that caught me by surprise. The new approach adopted by the staff, reminiscent of a 90s west coast fast food chain, breathed fresh life into the restaurant. The professionalism and courtesy of the sales team at the counter were a pleasant change from the usual lack of assistance experienced in this area. The food exceeded my expectations, and the authentic Mexican flavors made it a memorable dining experience.

To whom it may concern, my experience on Saturday February 08,2020 was terrible! When I called my waitress over to the table, she reluctantly came over. I was polite about it. My chips were cold and tasted burnt. The place was busy and she was just standing there, doing absolutely nothing. Then when the food came out, I needed some salt and my table didn't have any on it, so I was trying to get the waitress attention but she wouldn't come over. Let's just say this, I was not happy, at all!!!! Plus my waitress, had an attitude.
