The food was tasty, though there were a few mix-ups with my order, including the wrong cream cheese on the bagels and a missing muffin, but the staff quickly corrected the mistakes. Their bagels are soft, fluffy, and kettle cooked, with a wide variety of delicious cream cheeses and sides, plus an impressive menu of sandwiches, snacks, and throwback drinks. The service is friendly and attentive, the space is clean and spacious, and despite some occasional delays during busy times, the overall experience was very positive.

So, I swung by this bagel joint the other day for a quick bite. Ordered a couple of bagels to-go: one with butter and the other with vegetable cream cheese. But, to my surprise, they gave me two bagels with butter instead. Had to make a trip back to the counter for my missing muffin, but the staff was quick to fix it all up. Overall, a decent spot with tasty bagels and a solid selection of sandwiches and snacks.
