Made a beautiful salad using the marinated Australian feta cheese from Cavaniola's and loved every bite of it along with some chorizo and local craft beer I picked up there. While the Bresaola eluded me there, I had to seek it out elsewhere to complete my dish. I implore Cavaniola's to bring back the Bresaola to truly elevate their selection and satisfy my culinary cravings.
