A beautiful vineyard and winery in the Carolina foothills with a gracious host, offering a laid-back atmosphere and stunning views, where I enjoyed the Mosaic red wine with a balanced taste that pairs well with poultry or meat, as well as the muscadine wine, and got some local honey as a gift, making it a perfect escape near Hendersonville or Asheville.
