My first dining experience at Short Grain was at the pop-up event at EO Brewing Co. I was impressed by the array of Asian dishes available in Charleston. The Japanese style fried chicken with a Nashville hot twist stood out among the dishes we tried - it had the perfect balance of spice and acidity. The bok choy was also a delightful addition to the meal, cooked to perfection and complemented by a flavorful sauce.
