Every year in early March, the local nonprofit Pride South Florida hosts Pride Fort Lauderdale, also known as Pridefest, a vibrant celebration of the diverse LGBT community and the surrounding area. This festival, now in its 37th year, features over 150 vendors, live performances, and a festive atmosphere at Holiday Park and the War Memorial auditorium. I recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time to skip the lines and fully enjoy the festivities.
