Thursday evening a group of ladies, 16 in total had made called ahead to let Fester's know we would be coming and asked for an area together for this outing. I had never been there before and will not be going back. First, if you know a group is coming plan for them. The order was placed in groups of four per the waitress. She set while taking orders. Our drink came out quickly but the food order came out in group of 4 with a 15 to 20 minute wait between group. Making you feel you wasn't a group of 16 but of 4. The food was cold and several orders if fries and onion rings was hard and burnt. The waitress never came to ask if anyone needed more to drink and never blinked an eye about the cold hard burnt food. As for me and my group we will not return.

Takes a while to get your food, but I think it's worth the wait. I've been there a couple of times and the service is getting quicker. Both times the food has been better than I ever expected. I would definitely eat here again!
