I have dined at Fuji's twice recently due to limited restaurant options in Charlotte. While many establishments were closed or understaffed, Fuji's provided excellent food and attentive service. Although the entry process to the Epicenter was a bit cumbersome, the overall dining experience at Fuji's was enjoyable and worth the visit.
