After making multiple purchases from Loni at ITTC, I felt compelled to update my review to reflect the exceptional service I received. Loni consistently exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail, prompt communication, and ability to bring my custom design requests to life. The cupcakes not only looked amazing but tasted delicious, making them a hit at all of my events. It's truly disappointing that I can no longer utilize her services since moving away from Atlanta.
