Usually, I grab a salad in person, but decided to try ordering online this time. Though the salad tasted great as always, it wasn't ready when I arrived, and my request for dressing on the side was overlooked. Still, the friendly staff, unique kitchen items upstairs, and fresh food options make this downtown Pensacola spot a favorite for coffee, lunch, and shopping.

I tried ordering a salad online for the first time instead of in-store, but when I arrived a few minutes past the pickup time, my order had not been started yet. Despite requesting dressing on the side in my online order note, the salad arrived with the dressing already mixed in. The efficiency of the web order system could be improved, and attention to detail is needed when fulfilling online orders.
