I have been a customer since childhood and appreciate the friendly staff, quick service, and consistently good food, although the prices can be a bit high. Recently, I encountered an issue with the McAlister's Tea Pass purchase not registering in the app, which prevented me from redeeming my free tea, and despite efforts from an employee named Grace, the problem remains unresolved.

I have been a loyal customer at McAlister's since I was young, enjoying their kids' cheese pizza and Honey Grams snack. Recently, I encountered an issue with my McAlister's Tea Pass purchase, as the app did not register it despite having proof of payment. Nonetheless, the staff provided quick and friendly service, making my overall experience positive.
