After an exciting night at the Hard Rock, we discovered an incredible food truck right outside an Exxon station. The aroma drew us in, and I was blown away by the flavorful jerk chicken and tender ribs, both cooked to perfection. If you're craving authentic Jamaican cuisine late at night, make sure to visit Ian; his delicious dishes and friendly service will keep you coming back for more.

I had the grilled Salmon and I'm not a fan of jerk sauce but I got the mild sauce .... wow ! I actually asked if I can purchase the sauce separately .... amazing flavor that isn't too overwhelming, mixed with a sweetness and mild spicy. I loved it !
