After a lively night at the Hard Rock, the irresistible aroma of freshly cooked jerk chicken and ribs drew me in at the food truck parked by the Exxon gas station. After an exciting night at the Hard Rock, we discovered an incredible food truck right outside an Exxon station. The aroma drew us in, and I was blown away by the flavorful jerk chicken and tender ribs, both cooked to perfection. I had the grilled Salmon and I'm not a fan of jerk sauce but I got the mild sauce .... wow ! I actually asked if I can purchase the sauce separately .... amazing flavor that isn't too overwhelming, mixed with a sweetness and mild spicy. I loved it !
