I tried the guava pastry at Gilbert Bakery in the Miami airport, it was good but the dulce de leche was too sweet for me. I'd definitely go back though, the prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and efficient. The Cuban sandwich was delicious and the service was excellent, a great find in an airport food court.
