I have so much to say about The Gluten Free Cookie Jar! After struggling to find a bakery that could make delicious gluten-free cakes for my daughter's parties, I finally discovered Randi, who helped me design two stunning cakes for her first communion and birthday. Not only did everyone love the cakes, but I also order treats for my mom in Florida, who has multiple food intolerances, and she enjoys everything without any issues-Randi truly knows how to create amazing baked goods!
