My wife and I stopped by Auntie Anne's at the Miromar Outlet Mall during a busy holiday weekend and had a pleasant experience. The young man at the counter was accommodating when I requested a substitution in my order, and the owner, who I later discovered, was very friendly and ensured our pretzels were fresh and correct. The pretzels were delicious, and the staff's dedication to customer service was evident in the bustling store.
