I was initially hesitant to try Pho from a food truck, but my decision to try it paid off. The Pho Truck's dishes were just as flavorful and satisfying as those from my regular Vietnamese restaurants. The owner was friendly, and the Bíºn Thịt NÆ°á»›ng and fried dumplings were particularly delicious.
