I had trouble remembering the exact quote, but I knew it was something about not being gone yet. I found Czann's Brewery tucked away on 4909 Indiana Avenue, and it turned out to be a great spot for those who appreciate classic beer styles. The Pilsner was a standout for me, and the friendly owner, Ken, made the experience even better with his knowledge and passion for brewing.
