During my visit to Bristol, I tried the delicious frozen yogurt with an array of tasty toppings. Unfortunately, we faced an issue with the service from a staff member, prompting us to reach out to the owner. The following day, we received a warm welcome and helpful service from the same staff member, who informed us that the owner had addressed our concerns. The experience ended on a positive note, with excellent customer service and the opportunity to enjoy our favorite yogurt flavors.
