I grabbed a box of assorted cookies as a gift and treated myself to an ice cream sandwich with chocolate mint and chocolate chip cookies, plus vanilla and mint chip ice cream. The cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious, and even though I never assembled the sandwich, eating broken warm cookie pieces with ice cream was amazing-definitely planning to come back for more.
