The donuts and pastries here seriously blew me away-especially the bacon donut, which totally converted me even though I'm not usually into donuts. The breakfast is simple and comforting, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home, though I wasn't crazy about the pepper-heavy gravy. If you're ever in Madison, it's worth waking up early to grab some of their amazing baked goods and enjoy that cozy, small-town vibe.

The bakery in Madison offers a variety of delicious pastries at reasonable prices, with locations downtown and on a hill. The breakfast options were satisfying, although some dishes had minor seasoning issues, but the service was friendly and efficient.
