The tacos at this food truck are absolutely delicious with fresh tortillas and a variety of flavorful meats. Despite the snowy weather, standing outside to eat these tacos was worth it and I would definitely do it again. The salsa verde is a standout, adding a perfect amount of spice to the already amazing tacos.
