I embarked on a flavorful taco adventure on a sunny Saturday, discovering a vibrant truck nestled just south off 270 on Cleveland Ave. Its unmistakable landmark, a huge rotating BEER/WINE sign over the old Humidor Plus store, guided me to the northern end of their parking lot where I enjoyed my pork tacos under a welcoming canopy. The array of options, from table seating to the counter with attached stools, complemented the delicious al pastor flavors and spicy steak taco that, despite a small gristle mishap, left me thoroughly satisfied with the added touch of mild green sauce.
