I really enjoy a good meatloaf sandwich, especially when it's served on Texas toast with cheese and sauce. The meatloaf was flavorful, but a bit too mushy for my liking. Despite that, I found it to be a comforting and satisfying dish. I also tried a delicious bacon grilled cheese from the food truck at the James ambulatory clinics in Dublin, which had the perfect amount of grease and was served on pillowy Texas toast.
