Aloha Aina has been a favorite food truck of mine for quite some time now, ever since I first tried their Hawaiian BBQ buns with chicken at a German Village Makers Market last summer. The buns are steamed/fried to perfection, served with pickled carrots, fresh cucumbers, and a flavorful cilantro sauce that always leaves me craving for more.
