As a regular attendee of beer festivals in Pittsburgh, the Umami Bites truck consistently stands out for its wonton tacos. The fried wonton shells provide a satisfying crunch, while the pulled pork offers a deliciously smoky and sweet flavor. Although the "brunch" bowl with sweet rice was disappointing and not worth the cost, the pork belly wonton tacos were exceptional, leaving me wishing for more toppings to complement the flavors.
