I visited this charming spot in Independence, MO that has a cool historic vibe. The interior feels like a classic diner with old-fashioned candy and merchandise available. I particularly enjoyed the phosphate drink, which brought back memories of cream soda from my childhood. Although the banana split tasted store-bought, the overall experience was fun and nostalgic.

The fresh baked goods are sinful. There is something comfortable about the whole atmosphere. Fun conversation, friendy towns people coming in and out. After the perfect cup of coffee and hot cinnamon roll for breakfast, I went back for chicken salad sandwich for lunch. I was treated like family!
