My neighbor surprised me with a mixed 6-pack from Lake Time's brewery, and I was blown away by the flavors. The Red Zeppelin, a red ale, stood out with its perfect balance of sweetness and hops. The brewery itself is cozy, with a unique setup in a converted house and a food truck serving up tasty treats. I can't wait to go back and explore more of what Lake Time has to offer!
