I recently visited this charming bar that had a railroad theme and decided to treat myself to a cold beer, as it had been months since I last had one. The cozy atmosphere with a wood ceiling and a long bar along the brick wall, along with the friendly people and delicious food, made it a place I would definitely visit again if I'm in the area. The ciderboys hard cider I tried was a new experience for me, and although it was okay, the overall ambiance and service at Sidetrax made it a memorable stop during my travels.

My husband went there tonight to order and bring it home. He ordered chicken wings they were cold and again we only live not even 5 minutes away. Cajun fries were cold and terrible could not eat them at all. I ordered a Reuben and it had no sauerkraut on it at all and Parmesan fries that were awful, because they sent this cup of what they said was the Parmesan sauce. It was nasty therefore couldn't eat the fries either. My husband ordered a beer while waiting and even gave a tip . $35.00 for crappy food. Never ever will we order out from this place again. 😡

So I called to place a togo order, sat on hold for about 10mins hearing everything going on in the back ground, take it they forget that I was on the phone. I had a very large order but definitely lost my business due to lack of customer care.
