The Root Cafe in Lakewood offers a great variety of healthy, vegetarian, and vegan-friendly options with a cozy, community-oriented vibe and friendly staff. Their breakfast served all day, creative sandwiches, and unique drink choices like cafí© au lait with house-made nut milk keep me coming back, even if the prices can be a bit steep.

The Root Cafe in Lakewood is a great spot for tasty vegetarian and healthy food, with a bustling atmosphere around lunchtime. I've been a few times and their sandwiches always hit the spot, although the prices can be a bit steep for what you get. The breakfast biscuit sandwich was a standout for me, and the community vibe and friendly staff make it a nice place to grab a meal or coffee with friends.
