Sadly, I have enjoyed this coffee spot in the past, always a bit of of wait, but worth it. Yesterday my family and I were at the point of getting a refund because of the lack of care and the poor me attitude the gal working had. Complaining about "being by herself". Customers were walking out and I approached her after a 40 minute wait for 3 coffee and told her the day is almost over, smile, her respond..." I'm like 25, and I've been her for like 4 years, It's whatever." My daughter tossed her disgusting $5 chai tea and my $5 mint coffee went soon after. My husbands coffee, extra cream and sugar was ok We have tried to support
local proprietors, small businesses but not our the waste of our time and $. Back to dunkin, at least you get hot coffee with a smile. Sad...
