While it may lack authenticity, as a Midwesterner, I enjoy the quick service and delicious food at El Maguey, especially the Rio Grande Burrito and the crispy carnitas, and I've consistently appreciated the inviting atmosphere and attentive staff over my many visits with my family.

I love the chips and salsa they are amazing.....the ground beef in the burritos or enchiladas is a little dry....but the cheese, refried beans, and the rice make up for the lack in the beef.
