While exploring the Carmel Farmer's Market, I encountered a booth claiming to have the best pierogies in Indiana. After trying their golden brown pierogies, I must admit that their claim is true - these pierogies are truly exceptional. The church behind this part-time Eastern European bakery offers a variety of delicious treats, including Wonderful Waffles made with rolled oatmeal, beans, chia seed, and more, available at local farmers markets or for online purchase with included shipping.
