On July 3rd at 2:30 I went to Gates on 12th Street to pick up ribs when I got them home they were so tough I could not eat them I had to place them in the oven and let them steam before we could enjoy the ribs I am very upset because I paid too much money to buy ribs that was already prepared and could not eat them if I wanted to pay that much money for ribs I would have went to the store and cook them myself, the way the world is now. Times are too hard for you to pay for something and not getting what you pay for from now on I will go to Jack stack for I know they are consistent and you get your money's worth, for the cost of gates food yesterday I spent $152.00 I had guests for dinner and was bragging on how good Gates was boy what a let-down I look like a fool in front of my Gates bragging on something that wasn't worth it!!
