I have enjoyed the offerings from Soul of the D Catering for several years and feel it's time to share my thoughts. The ribs are particularly impressive-tender and juicy-while the chicken salad features fresh ingredients and a light vinaigrette that complements it well. Chef D is not only skilled in a variety of dishes, from fried chicken to grilled steak salads, but he also brings a pleasant demeanor and a wealth of knowledge to every event he caters.
