I go to this Tim Hortons periodically when I’m in the area and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. My coffee was literally Luke warm/cold. I caught up to the restaurant and explain to the young lady that my coffee was cold and she told me that she would just replace my whole meal which was fine her attitude was great over the phone. When I went to take a bite of my sandwich it was a piece of hair in my sandwich. When I went to the restaurant I explain to the manager (her name was Jen) that I had a piece of hair and my sandwich and her whole attitude change she was real defensive when I told her that. She told me that they wear hats and that her hair was pulled up and there was no way that there can be hair in my sandwich. I explain to her that I can show it to her and she told me I don’t have to show her anything she didn’t want to see it. This is the store manager her attitude is really bad she is showing her employees that it is OK to be rude to your customers. That was my last and final time at this Tim Hortons!
