I enjoy visiting Barnes & Noble, particularly this location near the Interstate and close to home. The store is spacious, with an extensive book selection that can be overwhelming. I appreciate the Starbucks cafe inside where I can enjoy an iced mocha latte shake while browsing books. The customer service is excellent, with knowledgeable staff who can quickly locate titles. It's convenient that this Barnes & Noble is connected to the Lansing Mall, offering a variety of shopping and dining options without having to leave the area.
