One night my spouse and I wanted something sweet and discovered that Insomnia offers vegan cookies, which tasted freshly made. The selection included double chocolate, chocolate chip, chocolate chunk, and sugar cookies. I indulged more than intended and later visited the store to pick up more treats, where I was pleased to find vegan ice cream, particularly the birthday cake flavor. The service was exceptional, and the variety of cookies, including flavors like smore, caramel, and piña colada, was impressive.
