Finding quality Chinese cuisine in Kansas City, especially at a buffet, can be quite a challenge. This restaurant offers an amazing selection, including my favorite coconut shrimp and delicious crab Rangoon, all served fresh and hot. While the service could use some improvement, the food easily makes up for it, and I always leave satisfied without breaking the bank.
