I've been a regular customer of your bread from Elk Rapids Village Market, particularly the Sunflower Rye, but my recent purchase was mistakenly labeled as the Italian loaf instead. Despite my attempt to return it, I was informed that returns were not possible at the moment. I wanted to bring this to your attention to prevent similar errors in the future.
