The steak and sausage meal at Iron Skillet was delicious, satisfying, and perfect for a road-weary traveler like me.

Freezing cold walking in. Server dry. Asked: Is your Chicken Fried Steak good? Server: Yes, very good! The hash brown cold and greasy. Eggs-over-easy: White only cooked on outside. Inside white egg all raw; looking just like when you crack it in the pan...translucent blob. Meat: Veins/Grissles; too thick; not tenderized. Chews like a shoe sole. Best part: Toast Black Burnt/hard/cold. I bet the cook would not have eaten the toast!!! Gross!!! Yuk!!!
