My kids are huge fans of Biggby, especially their bragels. It's nice that it's a local Michigan business. The service was alright, and although they seemed short-staffed like most places, the staff was really friendly. The prices are a bit better than Starbucks, but they offer a much wider variety of drinks. Overall, it's a good spot to chill while waiting for your laundry at Loads of Fun. The service was excellent, and the two young ladies working were fast and super friendly. They even helped me out with some hiking recommendations and filled up my water bottle with ice. I'll definitely stop by every time I'm in town!

never been disappointed. we order online now and it helps the workers from being overloaded as well as quick for us!
