You've got to check out the taco truck behind East High School in the Daylight Donuts parking lot. I've tried the papusa and tacos on different days, and the carne taco was super flavorful while the pastor taco had a bit too much salt for me. The prices are great, the staff is friendly, and that papusa is something I'd go back for in a heartbeat!
