Seeing as I was an employee at that time and very close to ALL my employees and managers, I know your story is complete BS. The GM went out of her way to help customers, even ones who treated her like sh-t. She made sure that any employees who worked in the drive thru window were patient and friendly. Same with the cashiers in the front.

I have never been to an eating establishment that had such disrespectful and RUDE employees. I went through the drive thru, ordered, an when I got my receipt, my order was wrong. I asked if they could change it to what i wanted and the employee says "well, why didn't you just say that." At that time, I demanded the manager. The "GM" proceeded to argue with me about my order when at that point I was more upset about how I was treated and I was in such disbelief that someone in the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUSINESS would continue to argue and place blame on the customer that I couldn't even finish a thought or my argument to make my point about the CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof. Ultimately, the GM demanded I get out of the drive thru, reimbursed me, and flipped me off. Now, I wasn't an angel at all because I too exchanged colorful language, but being someone who has spent a good 5 or 6 YEARS in the customer service industry, having just obtained a career where it is not the center of my job, I know that the actions that were taken on the part of these two employees would have meant IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. I called their corporate office and informed them of the situation.
This is NOT the only issue I have had with this KFC. I will NEVER eat at ANY KFC ever again! This entire situation disgusted me and I will not give my hard earned money to a business who hires these "people."
