I am a huge fan of Tamales for the nostalgia they bring from my childhood. It's hard to find a place that gets them right, but Berta's Tamales in Wisconsin truly nails it. The masa is perfectly crumbly and moist, with rich flavors that melt in your mouth. It's worth the drive to savor these authentic tamales that bring a taste of Mexico to Milwaukee.
